Community Care Navigators, Inc. ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This page explains in plain language what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you use our Get Help form, email us, or call us, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the programs you are interested in, and any message you write. Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank details, or medical records through the website form.
How we use it
- To respond to you and provide the free help you asked for.
- To follow up on your request.
- To keep basic records needed to run our organization and report to funders in summary form (without identifying you).
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with others except: with a benefits agency when you ask us to help with an application; with service providers that host our website and store form submissions on our behalf; or when required by law.
Website analytics and cookies
Our website host (Cloudflare) collects standard technical information, such as IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited, to deliver and secure the site and to give us aggregate traffic statistics. We may use privacy-friendly website analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages are useful. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not show ads.
How we protect information
Our website uses encrypted HTTPS connections. Form submissions are stored with our hosting provider with access limited to our organization. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as needed to help you and to meet our record-keeping obligations, and then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you gave us by contacting us below.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information online.
